Ericsson-LG is our product offering for telephony systems, we offer these systems either as onsite systems connected to VoIP Carriers, deployed in public Cloud as a private system servicing multiple sites or as a complete Cloud hosted user service with iPECS Cloud. All iPECS systems have similar features including Auto Attendant, Voicemail to email, Hunt groups, Call queuing, pick up groups, message on hold, mobility and redundancy.

The main difference between on premise phone systems and Cloud hosted systems is:

  • On premise phone system connects to service provider services that bill separately for however many channels are required. Typically, on premise phone systems fit a business that has many users (25 +)
  • Cloud system includes call services and all users have a line and can be on the phone at the same time. Cloud systems typically suit smaller businesses under 25 users.
